Japanese Music Archive is a free, open digital library for English information on the Japanese indie music scene. Trying to track down some minor "Shibuya-kei" band, find a record label, or plan a record buying trip to Tokyo? This site aims to be the place where you can find all this information. Contributors to the Archive are always welcome. Have some information on a Japanese band, record label, or shop not in the Archive? Please consult the RESEARCH SECTION and help add to the collective knowledge of Japanese music.
