Budgie Jacket had its history wrapped up in the formation of Trumpet Trumpet Records (which owner Naka Masahi of the band Losfeld, later changed to Escalator Records). The band dissolved but its member went on to form American Rock, Clear, Love Mushrooms, and Seagull Screaming Kiss Her Kiss Her.
