Contemode
Yet another thing Yasutaka Nakata is responsible for (yeah, I know, what doesn't that man do?! With this new Shibuya-kei scene, you could basically play the six degrees of seperation game with Nakata, and just about any subject you could come up with. You are bound to find links that trace back to him in as little as six steps. I'm serious. He has his hand in practically everything...). Contemode is his label, and home to Capsule, of course, as well as Nagisa Cosmetic, copter4016882, and also ether22 (who hasn't actually had a proper release yet, be it EP or long playing album, but she did contribute a song to the second contemode V.A. compilation, and also made a guest appearance on Capsule's last album, Nexus-2060). In addition to having a number of great artists on the label, Contemode is also responsible for releasing some of the best compilations ever, that not only include bands from the label, but practically a who's who in the current "Neo Shibuya-Kei" scene (dahlia, EeL, Plus-tech Squeeze Box, Spaghetti Vabune!, Hazel Nuts Chocolate and Kofta, just to name a few)... yet another thing I highly recommend checking out, if you haven't got your hands on either compilation yet.
