The vocals are the centerpiece of this haunting band. Its slow to mid-tempo songs of pulsating guitar and sparse but pounding drums, serve as the pole around which the lead singer wraps her powerfully haunting voice. Not unlike, perhaps, a more moody Papa Box, or more down-tempo Pigeons. The band is in a similar vein of indie folk. The vocals and harmonies however, seem inspired by Irish singing, ala the Cranberries or something.
